During the initial discussion, we and you will determine if mediation appears to be something that can be helpful. If so deemed, we will set a one-hour FREE consultation. At the consultation, we will have an opportunity to meet. You can ask questions and clarify issues. Then, a decision will be made whether, or not to proceed with mediation.

During mediation, the participation of all parties and full disclosure is required.
