When you decide to proceed with mediation, you will be asked to sign the "Agreement to Mediate" and to pay the initial fee of $1500, which will cover three (3) hours of mediation time (one or more meetings) and the resulting written agreement. Most mediations are completed within the three hours.

For hours after the first three, the fee is $200 per hour.
